Gayathri has extensive experience in Intellectual Property Law, Media & Entertainment Law, Commercial & Corporate Law and Information Technology Law. She advises on a wide variety of digital and e-commerce transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, software/technology licensing, technology transfer, protection and commercialisation of intellectual property rights to data protection and privacy. She represents clients in various legal fora including District Courts, High Courts, Quasi- Judicial forums.
She is passionate about the start-up ecosystem in India and engages with early-stage venture capital firms and angel investor networks, apart from mentoring entrepreneurs regularly on the myriad legal touch points for their businesses.
Her expertise lies in strategising, advising and assisting clients in setting up legal infrastructure for Start- Up Companies to multinational companies to deal with legal compliances under various statutes and regulations. She also advises client in negotiating, vetting and drafting various commercial contracts and agreements relating to overall business activities.
She holds B.S.L LL.B from I.L.S Law College, Pune (2005) and Masters in Intellectual Property Laws, Diploma in Intellectual Property from WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organisation, Geneva). Advanced Program in Cyber Law from Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune
She is a Member of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, Registered Attorney at Trademark Registry, Copyright Office and Patent Office, India. She is also empanelled attorney with Screenwriters Association.

Swati specializes in the field of banking, general corporate, real estate, including infrastructure and project finance. She has been advising real estate developers, some of the major public sector banks, private banks and NBFCs in financing of various large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects.
Her practice covers all aspects of real estate business and project finance transaction right from structuring of the transaction to drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, conducting due diligence, procuring Search Title reports, advising clients on various regulatory issues etc. She represents clients on various legal fora including District Courts, Bombay High Court and Quasi Judicial Forums.
She has expertise in real estate sector. She has been regularly advising major players in real estate sector on real estate financing transactions involving development of commercial and residential projects, extensive due diligence over land acquisition/ aggregation and necessary approvals there under, etc.
She has also been regularly providing general corporate advisory on variety of subjects including regulatory compliance, company law, banking, insolvency, real estate, municipal laws etc.
